Arby's team moved the contents of our home to a storage unit before our renovation. The team was timely, professional, communicated well and went above and beyond for us again (we're repeat clients). Their skills at loading both their truck and the storage unit were superb. Their dedication to service is unparalleled. When, in trying to confirm that both roll doors to our unit opened after loading, they found one blocked door, Anil scrambled over the contents to unblock it. Repeated, positive experiences mean that Arby is the only mover we'll use.

I called Fred to arrange a service call and he arrived within one hour. He quickly assessed the furnace (e.g. power supply, connections) and zero-ed in on the pressure switch which was working irregularly. While he didn't have a replacement switch with him, he committed to get and install one the next day. When I said that I would be away the following afternoon, he said that he would return in the morning. Before leaving, he tested the switch at least a dozen times and advised that we leave the thermostat set slightly higher than usual to ensure that, if the switch failed, the house didn't get too cool. He phoned before returning the next morning to advise of his arrival time. He was on-time and quickly installed/tested the new switch. He also completed what other furnace technicians would include in an annual maintenance and cleaning service. This is the second time he has provided service. He has been unfailingly prompt, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend his service.

After an expensive, unsatisfactory repair estimate from the company that installed our A/C unit, I spoke to Fred at Cozy World. He arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed a faulty brazed connection and completed the repair for a fraction of the other company's estimate. He was pleasant to deal with and thoroughly explained both the problem and the work needed to fix it. We'd recommend him for A/C work and plan to have him service our furnace rather than the company that installed it.
