It took us a few months and numerous visits to decide to proceed with Casa Bella but I am glad we did. Everyone was very patient and informative in answering any questions or concerns we had over this period.

I particularly liked the way Erik, our salesman, dealt with the process. There was never the feeling of being pressured into the sale and he was always willing to explain the product and offer advice, which was extremely helpful

However, no matter how good a product is, it’s effectiveness is only as good as the installation. I am extremely grateful to Simon, Colin, Ben and the rest of his crew that helped out. It is a pleasure to deal with professionals who know what they are doing and take pride in their work. If you are lucky enough to get them on your installation you will be extremely satisfied. Simon took all the worry and stress out of the equation.

A perfect service experience from start to finish. Casa Bella gave us great recommendations that aligned with both our vision and budget, they were responsive and friendly, and their installation team rocked! Fast, polite and cohesive. I'd highly recommend them.

From sales, Dan, to the installation team of Billy, Donny, Andrew and Josh, and follow up service everyone was polite, professional and responsive. Great customer service all around which is something hard to come by these days. Excellent! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for future needs as we only did about half of the windows in our house this time.

We were a bit worried about the cost and process of replacing all of our windows in our 50's built home, but after reading other reviews on homestars we gave casa bella a call. Erik was great at explaining the process and guiding us through it all. the install team (Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel) were fantastic!! They were professional and very respectful of our home. But what stood out most for me was their dedication, attention to detail and their ability to have fun while working. It honestly felt like family was over doing a few things for me. If you're looking for windows and doors Casa Bella is definitely the way to go. Hands down!

Outstanding sales, product and workmanship. Kyle and crew were exceptional. Consistently showed up at 9 every day, did an excellent job and really seemed to enjoy and take pride in what they did. Highly skilled. Always in tune with us to ensure our satisfaction. Our sales rep name is German. German was as good as it gets before, during and after the job completed.

Before choosing Casa Bella to replace all the windows in my house I spoke to representatives of two other companies with good reviews on HomeStars. Those two did not provide important information that Mathew at HomeStars did, nor were they as knowledgeable or professional. Moreover, Mathew explained things to us that we would not have thought to have asked ourselves that turned out to be important. My favourable impression of Mathew and Casa Bella was reinforced during a second meeting at their show room and we firmed up the deal.

The job was started on the exact date promised and the crew arrived punctually each day for the install.

I can't say enough good things about Billy, Spanky, Donny, Andrew, Noel, Mike and Rey, all of whom participated in the four day installation. They installed the windows properly, answered questions patiently, and were extremely friendly guys who my wife and I genuinely enjoyed having in our home!

At the end of each day the crew cleaned up meticulously.

Overall, a wonderful experience.....and.....the Windows look great!

We had our full house windows replaced by Casa Bella last year.

Our happy big money spending journey started with Ronnie, the nice sales man. I have met many “nice” sales people. I feel nobody can be like Ronnie. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail gave us lots of confident to truly understand the products and installation service Casa Bella provided is the right one for us. He respects your requests and decision, but he will not step back when facing the wrong thinking or idea as a customer normally would have, with a very nice way! During the project assessment period, we had lots of discussion with him; his responses were supper quick and impressive. Visiting the showroom is a must have step in such project. Ronnie gone through all the details with samples we can see, touch and feel on. It’s an education session and helped us a lot on our project. And more importantly, after the installation, we truly feel the advice given by him is very valuable, we would much regret if not listening to him. Like the design, color, style and glass choices etc. We believe he is a valuable asset to Casa Bella, valuable sales person to lucky customers.

The installation crew, amazing! As people all know, Case Bella installers are all their company employees. Manny, Josh, Chris and Mike led by Kyle became our friends during the one week of project time. Oh, yeah, they became friends of our dog too. They did very detail work space protection every day, every location they work on. Other review said they do job like at their own home, I have no doubt. Each of them obviously knows what supposed to do. I saw their individual and co-operation tasks run seamlessly, like very success sports team trained together for a long time, a small signal to the other team player, he knows what is asking and what should do. They do daily cleaning carefully and nicely, not like one of my neighbors having their house windows replaced, 3, 4 days, people walk in and out through old window debris and garbage at front yard and drive way. Casa Bella crew come after 9:00AM and leave before 5:00PM, giving you back normal after work life enjoying your home as normal as no construction, very less interrupt your daily life. The finished work is perfect. I don’t see such good finishing inside out among friends I know have had window replaced. I believe Casa Bell treat their employees well, so with their happiness, brought nice works to their customers. Thank you!

On a side note, I requested 5 quotes from different companies; Casa Bella is in the middle price range. Normally people don’t go with cheapest quote as cannot imagine the quality. Yes, there are some people go with high price expecting good quality. But, from my windows project, I got to know, there is an acceptable price giving you high quality work and happy experience, which is Casa Bella.

I have recommended to friends I know who planning to have windows replaced. I would sure continue recommend this company if people asked me.
