Excellent customer service , Ronnie from Sales was constantly following up with us to make sure we are happy and comfortable with the installation process. Great job by Billy and the installation team, they were punctual and they were explaining what they were doing each step of the way.

Very pleased with all aspects of our Casa Bella experience. Right from Eric's quick quote allowing us to decide to go one step further and time well spent with us walking through our house as measurements were done and answering our many questions. Effective showroom displays with amazing product explanations by weekend sales rep, who by the way, didn't leave us hanging to drum up other sales once he found out we were already dealing with another sales rep. And finally, the most important, the very professional and exceptionally talented Install Team (Billy, Donny, Andrew & Noel). They made the job look so easy even when they discovered the very unsupported drywall around my office window. Billy was great asking me if everything was ok as the project progressed and was very good at addressing any of my concerns. Love the big window in the bedroom! Wonderful job!!! I retained Casa Bella to replace 18 of the original windows in my house, brick to brick. The quote provided by Dan was prompt and detailed. Dan was professional, helpful and pleasant from the beginning. He provided multiple quotes for various options, plus assisted with the selection by providing efficiency tables for various scenarios. The price was competitive compared to two other manufacturers. The installers were professional and tried hard to minimize disruption and keep the work area clean. The weather didn’t cooperate on the first day so Casa Bella provided extra crew on the third day to complete the installation in the estimated time. Windows look great and considering the great service and installation, Casa Bella will be my choice when it is time to replace the balance of the windows.

Casa Bella replaced all my ground level windows, with a brick-to-brick installation. The sales process was great, provided the information and answered the questions without taking hours. There were no pressure tactics like other companies did (I got a quote from a bother self-proclaimed high end company that told me that the discount they are offering is only good if I sign right away!!!). Price was fair and the quality of windows and installation was good. I wanted to work with a company that has their own manufacturing and own installation crews, and Casa Bella net both conditions. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have liked to see more info on what to expect in terms of logistics and the mess. This job included removal of the old windows, which is demolition and obviously will create dirt. While their crew cleaned up around the windows, there is more to that than just vacuuming in set spots (e.g dust all over the house). I Haven’t done this before and managing that ahead of time would have gone a long way. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

The team was fantastic - Ronnie for quotes and admin; and Billy, Donny, Noel, Mike and Andrew for all the installation work. I have nothing but praise for them. They were friendly and efficient. My little one kept walking through the work area and the installation team went out of their way to make it a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, including him. I was happily surprised at how smooth the process was. Great team; great work - I will totally go back to them when more windows need to be replaced!
