We had our full house windows replaced by Casa Bella last year. Our happy big money spending journey started with Ronnie, the nice sales man. I have met many “nice” sales people. I feel nobody can be like Ronnie. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail gave us lots of confident to truly understand the products and installation service Casa Bella provided is the right one for us. He respects your requests and decision, but he will not step back when facing the wrong thinking or idea as a customer normally would have, with a very nice way! During the project assessment period, we had lots of discussion with him; his responses were supper quick and impressive. Visiting the showroom is a must have step in such project. Ronnie gone through all the details with samples we can see, touch and feel on. It’s an education session and helped us a lot on our project. And more importantly, after the installation, we truly feel the advice given by him is very valuable, we would much regret if not listening to him. Like the design, color, style and glass choices etc. We believe he is a valuable asset to Casa Bella, valuable sales person to lucky customers. The installation crew, amazing! As people all know, Case Bella installers are all their company employees. Manny, Josh, Chris and Mike led by Kyle became our friends during the one week of project time. Oh, yeah, they became friends of our dog too. They did very detail work space protection every day, every location they work on. Other review said they do job like at their own home, I have no doubt. Each of them obviously knows what supposed to do. I saw their individual and co-operation tasks run seamlessly, like very success sports team trained together for a long time, a small signal to the other team player, he knows what is asking and what should do. They do daily cleaning carefully and nicely, not like one of my neighbors having their house windows replaced, 3, 4 days, people walk in and out through old window debris and garbage at front yard and drive way. Casa Bella crew come after 9:00AM and leave before 5:00PM, giving you back normal after work life enjoying your home as normal as no construction, very less interrupt your daily life. The finished work is perfect. I don’t see such good finishing inside out among friends I know have had window replaced. I believe Casa Bell treat their employees well, so with their happiness, brought nice works to their customers. Thank you! On a side note, I requested 5 quotes from different companies; Casa Bella is in the middle price range. Normally people don’t go with cheapest quote as cannot imagine the quality. Yes, there are some people go with high price expecting good quality. But, from my windows project, I got to know, there is an acceptable price giving you high quality work and happy experience, which is Casa Bella. I have recommended to friends I know who planning to have windows replaced. I would sure continue recommend this company if people asked me. Cancelling hot water heater is a horrible thing with Direct Energy. it’s maybe easy to install, rent the hot water tank with Direct Energy, but cancelling is horrible for my experience. Billing Agent told: it needs 2~3 billing cycle at the time receive your email or fax after you obtained the paper for tank got returned. Then, credit you back. Means you have to continue to pay them even not use the rental tank anymore. Customer service agent did not mention this to me even after I notify them I returned the tank to drop off location, drop off location stuff did not tell me about this. I have to look at my bill found out get continue charged, call billing agent got to know this.

We wanted to have our backyard old slab patio removed and build a new interlock patio, so we started searching contractors and getting quotes last year. We got 5 quotes from different companies. We actually contacted more than 8 contractors. But at the moment you reached to the contact of the company, talked on the phone, you can feel some companies are not what you are looking for. You can feel what kind of customer service they have at the very beginning when getting quote. Paul impressed me at the first visit to our house doing the quote. He was early, but did not knock my door to come in. instead, he sat in his pickup truck (he called that his office) waited. Now, we have our project done, look back, I can tell you, We see he is always on time, professional, listens to you, provides suggestions and shares his deep knowledge on the stone works, landscaping, project designing etc. He is honest, trustable and always keeps his word. I talked with him every day during project period and we exchange information, ideas, get understand the progress of the work, unforeseen issues and found solutions together. If he committed to you, he will do it. If he said “hundred percent”, then you don’t need to worry any more. We have him not only done a patio, very beautiful, but also done a side walk with steps which we love walking on it every day. Plus we have our front entry a makeover, the original concrete porch covered with flag stone. Very nice new facing! He has an amazing crew with 5, 6 young energized, skilled and very nice guys. Since start, took about 1 week stay working on my project till it finished. It was as Paul said; they start one job, finish one job, and won’t leave you in the middle to other jobs. Thanks Mat, Jack, Kevin and Sean! Beside the dedicated works Paul and his crew did for us. Paul is friendly and pleasant to deal with; we believe we became friends with Paul through this project. I will highly recommend Paul to the people who looking for a quality and reasonable pricing project to be done. And I have actually referred Paul to couple of friends of mine. I hope they will be as happy as we are, as satisfied as we are once they get Paul to complete their jobs. Thanks Paul !
