I can't imagine a more positive renovation experience, from start to finish. Before choosing Casa Bella to replace all the windows in my house I spoke to representatives of two other companies with good reviews on HomeStars. Those two did not provide important information that Mathew at HomeStars did, nor were they as knowledgeable or professional. Moreover, Mathew explained things to us that we would not have thought to have asked ourselves that turned out to be important. My favourable impression of Mathew and Casa Bella was reinforced during a second meeting at their show room and we firmed up the deal. The job was started on the exact date promised and the crew arrived punctually each day for the install. I can't say enough good things about Billy, Spanky, Donny, Andrew, Noel, Mike and Rey, all of whom participated in the four day installation. They installed the windows properly, answered questions patiently, and were extremely friendly guys who my wife and I genuinely enjoyed having in our home! At the end of each day the crew cleaned up meticulously. Overall, a wonderful experience.....and.....the Windows look great!
