He gave fair advice saying that the washing machine repair would be more than the cost of a new one. He is pleasant, cleans up after his work and is very fair in his pricing. If only other contractors were like him I would be a much happier home owner. I could not recommend him more highly.

Our not-very-old but out-of-warranty front-loading washing machine was threatening to stop working. Steve was prompt and to-the-point in his diagnosis and repair. He was also honest with his assessment for the future life of the machine. To this point, everything has held up.
