Steve Brannan is the perfect appliance repair man. You deal with him and him alone through the whole process. Leave a message. He calls you back promptly. Make an appointment. He shows up at the agreed upon time ready with the appropriate tools to deal with the problem. If doable he fixes the problem on the spot. If parts are required he gets back to you promptly with the quote and delivery information. He invoices you on the amount discussed. He worked on my dishwasher and washing machine. He gave fair advice saying that the washing machine repair would be more than the cost of a new one. He is pleasant, cleans up after his work and is very fair in his pricing. If only other contractors were like him I would be a much happier home owner. I could not recommend him more highly.
