Stove element disintegrated during a self clean cycle - Brannan responded quickly with accurate details of what would be needed, replaced the element, checked the electronics and fortunately they survived the meltdown (it blew the breaker and part of the element vaporized). We always call Brannan for appliance repair and have never been disappointed.
