For the past 20 years, we have called Brannan's for all our appliance repairs, personal and tenants. Over those years, we have come to have an appliance from almost every major brand and Steve has no problem repairing any of them. He responds to my calls in between his current service calls so I get the repair done as soon as possible. And if a machine has reached the end of it's life - Steve will tell you that too. No wasting of your money or his time.

We had an old washing machine that needed repair. Steve Brannan responded to my phone call immediately and came over to look at the machine. He was client focused, reliable and did very good work.

Early one morning I received the dreaded text from a tenant with a broken refrigerator. I called Steve..he replied right away.. and he contacted the tenant..went that day and repaired what needed to be done immediately. Happy tenant….happy me…no new refrigerator needed to be bought…Steve had the parts and the expertise and the organization to get it done right away. Has been working with me for 35 years…would never use anyone else!!!…Go Steve!

I have used Brannan's Appliance Repair for more than 15 years. The appliances in my home are quite old, more than 25 years. Over the years, Steve has repaired my washer, dryer, fridge and stove.He has been able to keep them running with minimal repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose a problem within minutes. If he doesn't have the required parts with him, he is able to get them within a day or two and complete the job. If the appliance is not worth fixing, he will tell you. He returns phone calls promptly and comes when he says he will. I have found him to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

As I was about to leave for vacation my refrigerator started to leak. On recommendation from a friend I left an anxious voice message for Steve Brannan who, much to my surprise, quickly returned my call and made an appointment for the next morning. (I suspected that he must have shuffled his schedule to accommodate me - for which I am very grateful.) He appeared at exactly the appointed time, quickly corrected the problem and explained the cause. He is obvously knowledgeable and efficient, and is also friendly and polite.

Although this occurred in June, I felt I would be remiss if I didn't recognize and recommend him before the year ended. If I ever needed to have another appliance repaired, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else - hope he never wants to retire.

I have a rental property in Toronto and the washing machine was not draining. I do not live in Toronto so I communicated with Steve Brannan by text and email. I arranged to have someone at the house to meet him and he came out that afternoon and was polite, fast and efficient. The problem was solved. I contacted him the following month for a problem with the dryer. He again was polite, fast, and efficient. I am very happy with my dealings with Steve.

I would recommend his service without qualification and believe fully that anyone using him would be impressed and completely satisfied.

The spinner of our front load washer was no longer spinning. Steve responded quickly to our 'please help' phone call, gave us a tip to see if it just needed to be rebooted - had no idea that could actually work. It didn't so he made an appointment, arrived on time, examined the problem, set up a time to repair it and did it quickly, efficiently charged less that what we had feared it might be. The spinner still works and we are very happy customers.

Steve Brannan has been repairing my home appliances for about 25 years. I have found him to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He will advise me if an appliance is too old to warrant a repair. It is great to have a professional like Steve when a home appliance breaks down.
