As I was about to leave for vacation my refrigerator started to leak. On recommendation from a friend I left an anxious voice message for Steve Brannan who, much to my surprise, quickly returned my call and made an appointment for the next morning. (I suspected that he must have shuffled his schedule to accommodate me - for which I am very grateful.) He appeared at exactly the appointed time, quickly corrected the problem and explained the cause. He is obvously knowledgeable and efficient, and is also friendly and polite. Although this occurred in June, I felt I would be remiss if I didn't recognize and recommend him before the year ended. If I ever needed to have another appliance repaired, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else - hope he never wants to retire.

Most importantly, Canadian Roofing Company impressed me with the quality of workmanship in repairing the leaking flat roof under the 3rd floor balcony. It was also such a pleasure to deal with tradesmen who were so courteous and professional. However, the owner's (Jason) willingness in making himself available to explain and answer any concern I had was exceptional and deserving of the highest mark.
