I have a rental property in Toronto and the washing machine was not draining. I do not live in Toronto so I communicated with Steve Brannan by text and email. I arranged to have someone at the house to meet him and he came out that afternoon and was polite, fast and efficient. The problem was solved. I contacted him the following month for a problem with the dryer. He again was polite, fast, and efficient. I am very happy with my dealings with Steve.
