I have an ancient Beaumark dishwasher; it was old when I was given it second hand in 1992. It's well built though, and when it started to give me back dirtier dishes than I'd put in, I hoped it could be fixed. Enter Steve Brannan. He pulled it apart, cleaned it, somehow sourced all new gaskets, and now it runs better than my brother's new $1500 machine. Is Steve Brannan good? Oh man, and how!

My stacking dryer was squeaking. He found out all the pertinent information first, to see if he could access it, and then was able to repair the appliance quickly and efficiently.

My dishwasher was leaking...Steve Brannan came within a day of calling and diagnosed a couple of possible problems. He left me with some options - when the dishwasher was still leaking, he came back again (easy to arrange) and after taking apart the dishwasher, we discovered an unusual issue - Cascade detergent was creating too many suds...I switched detergents and the problem was gone! Steve did not charge me for the second call where he spent over 2 hours at my home. I was so appreciative and would highly recommend him. He has been the repair go to person for my parents and myself on all of our appliances for years. He is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. My washing machine started smoking and broke down. I called Steve with my issue, and within an hour he gave me a quote over the phone. Being without a washer is not fun, and he was able to come by the house within a couple of days to get it fixed. And it works great! He even waited until I gave it a spin for a week (pun intended) to make sure all was well before invoicing me.

And it came in exactly as quoted!

Although one never wants an appliance to be in need of repair, when one does, I know where to reach for help. I called Brannan's appliance repair mid day today and within hours I was back up and running with heat in my dryer. This is the 3rd time I've used Steve and of course it's for a 3rd appliance! His repairs are always perfect and his diagnostics by phone with confirmation in person are reliable, informed and accurate. He double checked I was ok with the price before commencing work. Steve is great. He made an accurate over the phone diagnosis of the issue and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. He also brought the required parts with him so only one call was required. A very personable professional, and a pleasure to have him working in my home. I would use him again for sure.
