My washing machine started smoking and broke down. I called Steve with my issue, and within an hour he gave me a quote over the phone. Being without a washer is not fun, and he was able to come by the house within a couple of days to get it fixed. And it works great! He even waited until I gave it a spin for a week (pun intended) to make sure all was well before invoicing me. And it came in exactly as quoted!
