I have always been skeptical of any company that offers a lifetime warranty and felt that if they actually honoured them it would be a bonus. I always buy on the quality of product and workmanship first. When the seals on 3 sets of replacement windows failed within a few years of installation Beverley Hills arranged to replace and install new windows absolutely free of charge and no argument. All I had to do was send some pictures of the problem and they did the rest,. Wonderful customer service and installation staff!

We had our windows and doors replaced in 2014. The service we received was excellent from the sales person, customer service and installers. We compared prices with other companies and found Beverly Hills most reasonable and quality of their product is excellent. I'm constantly receiving compliments about my doors and windows!

Wow I wish I had read the reviews before I chose this company. The worst service experience I have ever had. Where do I begin. From the moment the Sales Rep walked into my house to the last conversation I had them. I agree with another review on this site the Sales rep was pushy and obnoxious. He was more concerned with upselling and telling me how good he was that he did not educate me about the product at all. When the windows were installed I was shocked to see that they were nothing I expected. They have a mirror like appearance that is different from all of the windows on my first floor. The rep should have showed me a sample or pictures explaining this. But he was more concerned in upselling me to the Eclean windows that he didn't care that the curb appeal of my home would be compromised. For the record Eclean windows are harder to clean than any other window I have seen. Then they installed a double slider in my daughters room. Double to me means 2 windows that slide from both sides. What we got was 3 windows, 2 sliders and 1 fixed. If the window was large enough that would be great to be able to open both at the same time, however the window is too small and and there is not room to do so. Again the sales reps error. When I called to let them know they pretty much told me that I signed the contract and I got what I signed for. Furthermore we replaced our old double pane windows with these new superior triple pane ones. They are useless. Our windows not only have no soundproofing, they are frigid to the touch on a cold winter day. I called BH right away to express all of my concerns, I forwarded emails to all of the managers including Joe Saborski the owner. The sales manager offered to replace the glass one year ago. Still hasn't been done. I called back to follow up and he was absolutely uncooperative. He actually mocked me by saying Ya Ya you hate your windows, we sold you the worst windows in the world. What do you want me to do about it. I have NEVER EVER seen such mistreatment of a customer. They keep sending service people over to inspect the windows, they all keep saying there is nothing wrong with my windows. The biggest problem with my windows is that I received a product I didn't ask for!!!!! Noone wants to take responsibility for anything at this company.

We had 9 windows replaced last August. Beverley hills was not the most expensive not the least. They were well rated. 5 of the 9 widows made ice the first winter. The factory came replaced the seals, still ice. Factory came again new panels, didn't fit properly. Long story short neither the factory or Beverley Hills has been calling us back and this month will be 1 YEAR of no resolution and terrible communication. Factory seems to be questioning the install, Beverley seems to be dumping it all on the manufacture. I expect much better service for 9k worth of work. Will be calling both vynal window designs ( the manufacture ) and Beverley Hills tomorrow again for the umpteenth time. Hopefully this poor review will assist in getting us a resolution.

2 front windows replaced ..the installers were very neat and professional. They were quick but careful of the house and garden. Caulked around them carefully to ensure a tight seal. We are more than happy with the result, Look good and cut down heat loss as well. Would recommend to anyone!!

Horrible experience. Ordered in October 2014 to be installed in March 2015. No updates as of March 2015 and could not get in touch with the sales rep. Product was delayed till end of April 2015, door came with a large scratch. No follow-up after 2 weeks. Poor communication.

After getting several quotes that all seemed out of our price range, we contacted Beverly Hills. They gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. We had two exterior doors replaced. The salesman helped us choose the right product. The installers were efficient and completed the work in a single day. Many thanks to Beverly Hills for helping us with this project. It was a pleasure to work with you.

Update July 28, 2015. Received a call from the Manufacturer again to come and do an “inspection” and not to replace the defective windows. Spoke with BH customer service with the new Representative (seems both companies are having a lot of staff turnover, not really a surprise), a lot of the history of our problems and complaints have not been documented or passed along to Vinyl Windows and Doors. The new Rep assures me that this will be documented and sent to Kevin the Installation Manager and then up to Joe Saborski the President of BH Windows. November 2013 we had all of our upper bedroom and bathroom windows replaced by Beverly Hills. Having been a past customer I was confident that I would be getting good quality and service, however that was not the case. Beverly Hills has changed manufacturers to a supposedly superior window, that’s a matter of opinion. The salesperson who came to our home was pushy and aggressive and despite this we went ahead based on my previous experience and the price was right. One room has had the window replaced 3 times, the other 2 bedrooms are not installed properly with the screen banging on windy days. These windows are supposed to open with “2 fingers”, this is not the case, they are stiff and very difficult to open. Beverly Hills has passed this problem on to the manufacturer who doesn’t seem to know what they are doing, I would even say incompetent. A year and a half later I am still trying to get BH back to repair the windows that they sold to us as I feel they are responsible to the end, but last week the technical person from the manufacturer called me again even though I made it clear to BH I will not be dealing with the manufacturer as I have no confidence in their ability. As of today 6 months after BH was here to inspect, our 4th replacement window and repair call is still on order. I am very disappointed with the service and quality that we have received, BH never calls to follow up on these issues even when the installer has been in the neighbourhood installing windows and was made aware of our problem by our neighbours. The salesperson never once called to see if we were satisfied. Would I recommend Beverly Hills, as of today it is not likely. In fact after this experience I told another of my neighbours to look elsewhere for their replacement windows.

The installers arrived on time and were quite friendly. They did an excellent job installing our new front door. The workmanship was very professional.
We would highly recommend Beverley Hills Home Improvements for their quality products and excellent service.
