I had Beverley Hills come in 2013 to install 5 new windows and a door. Installer was very good, took him one day. I was under the impression initially that there would be more than one installer as I was told there would be a team, but the gentleman that did the installation was very good. The installation of the door jam was a little sloppy for my liking and I had to call them back to make some adjustments on the door which they did at no cost. Also beware that if the door shifts due to the house shifting(ie frost heaves) they are not responsible. I had and continue to have problems with my door latching in the warmer months but this is because there is only crawl space underneath, not a true foundation so it will forever shift with the ground.

The windows were installed beautifully. I did have to call to have the handles on the double hung windows sanded down because they were not done during the manufacturing process and were rough, but again, they sent someone out to fix that quickly with no cost.

They are on the pricey side but I think the quality of the product and their good customer service and prompt response to any issues helps offset that a bit.

Chose Beverley Hills after receiving estimates from 3 other companies. Their salesman really knew the product and had numerous pictures to help us choose. Workmen arrived on the day stated, protected the work area to minimize any mess. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones with a minimum of interruption to us. They took the time to pay attention to all the little details, insulation, trim, flashing, caulking etc. Cleaned up, and vacuumed after themselves when they were done. The new windows and doors look great and I'm sure will be a lot better than the old ones. Very professional start to finish. Happy customer!

We searched for Windows and my neighbour recommended Beverley hills and I am glad we listened to them. They were prompt and punctual when they made appointments to visit us. Sales rep was very professional and detailed with all aspects of the sale. They were very comparable price wise with all other door companies we had quotes. The installers were on time and very professional with there work. They did a fantastic job and we have had many positive comments from our neighbours. We are going to do windows upstairs and will use beverley hills again. Thank you for job well done

We have used this company several times and were happy with the quality and installation of our windows. However upon having some issues with scheduling installations etc., we found the customer service to be terrible. They were belittling and condescending and refused to admit to any error on their part. This has made us reconsider them for any future projects.

We did a whole home window and door installation. Being a huge investment, we were of course nervous and looked around for a while. Thankfully, we could not be happier; the service (installers and customer relations), and quality of the products are amazing. Due to being a large job, it took 2 full days but the team was respectful, professional and clean. We love Beverley Hills and found them thanks to a referral. I would be happy to refer to anyone in need of a high quality product done right! If I had to dig for any complaint, it would be that the production of the doors were a month behind so it didn't feel complete until it was installed but well worth the wait.

We had an amazing experience with this company. The gentlemen who installed our windows and door where awesome. They arrived on time finished on time very knowledgable and creative when doing the Bay window. The product is great and the house feels warmer then ever.

We had been thinking about replacing drafty 30year old wood framed windows in our family room for years but held off because of our perceived cost of doing so. My husband visited a local home show where he made arrangements to have three suppliers come out to provide quotes. We were very impressed with the sales person and the follow up by the BH office. More so, the price and warranty were so competitive we finally did it. The installation was on time, professional and the clean up was superb. Once more we called on Beverly to replace doors and windows. Excellent quality, outstanding installers, could not be more pleased. This is probably the fifth time we have used them on updating our older home, and they have never disappointed us.

Had my porch enclosure done. Had a special arch on the front of my home which I thought would make the project even more challenging. I was wrong. Installation was quick and only took 1/2 day for installer to be in and out. Our sales person Gus always returns phone calls promptly and even sent a service guy to fix any concerns I had at no additional charge. I would recommend Beverley Hills to anyone looking for high quality products and treated professionally.

We used this company for the replacement of many of our old windows. They did a great job and we love the windows!

Unfortunately their price estimate for our front door was about 30% higher than their competitors.
