I love to place negative stars if possible. Poor after sales service and never hear back from them after several calls on their poor quality products. I have replaced 3 windows with them early this year, the installers pulled the window frames off from the wall during installation and never come back to fix it for me. I ordered the frosted windows for my bathroom and my husband can clearly see my face and colour of shirt, I called them and they sent the installer for testing. The installer was surprised how clearly he would see me from my daughter I easy under the so-called frosted windows. Then after that I have to call them to follow up because no one call me back to follow up and I have called the production manager, Kevin as well. This matter had been dragged in weeks and still not hear a words from them. I really doubt on their "excellent customer service" mentioned on their pamphlet.

Not too please with the way the company handles things. I had to board my pets an extra 2 days due to delays. I am however please with the windows and patio door that were installed. The installers left everything clean and tidy.

We had our windows installed about a year ago. The window quality is great. We have large windows that catch the wind and cool our home. The screens are easy to remove and the crank handle is really well designed and easy to use.
We noticed a draft at the bottom of the windows during the winter and called service. They found that the windows were installed with patches of insulation missing. We had to plan a second day for someone to come and take the borders off all 10 windows and properly insulate the gaps. We now need to have the windows re-painted.
We have been very happy with our windows, and happy with the service, however it has been an unexpected nuisance to deal with the inadequate installation.

First time anyone showed up on time to begin work at our place. John and Peter did an amazing job and fast installation (including removal and perfect installation of trim around windows). Excellent workmanship through and through.

Old draughty house,in Hamilton, all windows replaced in late fall, they were very quick being cold and all. Great windows, tilt for easy cleaning, new patio doors replacing decrepit old French doors, WOW, was very happy with the outcome. saved on heating bills. Congrats to all of you for a great company.

We got 8 new windows installed, the two guys that installed them did a great job, and were very professional. In less than 8 hours the job was finished.
We love them, they look awesome!

I called to have the screens replaced on all my windows. The original ones were received damaged there were scratches and poorly assembled. I have had them come to inspect the screens.
They respond pretty quick, they are great windows.

Salesman Chuck from Beverley Hills was awesome and was very knowledgeable. Installation team for our Garden Doors was Fast, courteous and efficient and left no mess. We had previously used Beverley Hills for our upstairs windows. Would recommend.

Second time for Beverley Hills. We are on a ravine lot so can be very windy and cold especially in winter. We were replacing the rest of the windows facing the backyard. What a difference...so warm and very quiet. You can not hear the wind howling on a stormy night. Great service, great workmanship and great work ethics. Thanks again for another terrific job Beverley Hills.
