I purchased an appliance package in February 2020. It got delivered last week, stove dented, piece missing. Contacted customer service, they were the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. They do not care about the customer and didn't even attempt in the slightest to provide me with a positive customer experience. Their response was contact the manufacturer, your ticket is closed. I asked for a supervisor, their response was your ticket is closed....nice. I will never shop at this company again.

After a bit of a wait and clarity on my order, Badboy has made the situation right with a better model of refrigerator at the original price.

I'm now very satisfied with the outcome and customer service agent that took care of everything. If you have patience and give them a chance to get back to you during this pandemic, where many aren't at work at these stores and their suppliers, Badboy will make things right as far as current purchases.

I'm not sure about the policy of no refund and store credit, that would not please me very much at all, but as far as this major appliance purchase, it worked out very well and I received great service.

I hope you receive the same, just give them time with limited staff and manufacturers that are not at 100% production.

Ordered chest freezer on line on 18th April. Delivery not received as of 4th June. Still no firm delivery date.They handle on line orders assuming that the customers are living in Stone Age.
Never Recommend for on line orders.

Before I purchased a bed frame and mattress from them, I contacted someone on the phone and talked to someone online asking when the bed and mattress will come in and be delivered to me as I am in desperate need for a mattress and Bed Frame. I was told it will be delivered on Tuesday April the 21st and that was the only mattress they have. Also, it stated "In Stock" online (see attachment below). On Tuesday I called and inquire about what time the delivery will come and I was told it will be 4 - 8 weeks as they have to wait for the product to get to them and that they are out of stock. I then asked for a Refund and was told A manager will contact me back. I already got a mattress and a Bed Frame from another company and when I called back to find out what happen to my refund, I was told by the manager, Evan, that there is nothing he can do! He had me going in circles! It's not fair to me that false information was given to me and because I went with another company they are refusing to refund my money! I don't want a credit as I will not support them and what am I going to do with 2 beds? I never got the product and it clearly isn't even on route to be delivered to me. They are skammers!!!

Currently 35 weeks pregnant and this situation could not be more stressful. I ordered a bed set that was supposed to be ready for pick up within 48 hours. After finding out the items will not arrive for nearly 2 months I have been trying to get a refund for almost one month. not just this but it is impossible to get any assistance from anyone here. Each time I call they just say someone will phone back within 48 hours and no-one does. I have left multiple messages and even emailed them. This is the same automatic response they provide every time. They don't even read the original email.

Ordered a couch in was in stock, received email confirmation, waited 3 days for my email saying which day it would be delivered never got the email called the store and was hung up a number of times. Only to get a hold of them and told 5 weeks before a delivery date cancelled it on the 15 or April and still waiting for the refund and no one is getting back to me. Left message with upper management and calll and filed a complaint with television personal

This was the second time we had ice foaming into the trays in our less than 4 yr old Samsung fridge. We called Bad Boy and they sent Rahul from ARS to fix the problem. He was very efficient & within minutes he diagonsed the problem. Luckily we purchased an extended warranty for the fridge & extremely happy to report that a brand new fridge was delivered today by Bad Boy to our Ajax home. We will highly recommend Bad Boy to our friends and family.

Terrible Customer service!! Moved into my new house and bought appliances in January and payed for them in full that day . Today my delivery comes and there is no fridge. Its on back order some how! Nobody called me to tell me that it wasn't in stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. How can this happen? Wouldn't it be held for me if i payed for it already?? Upon talking to 2 different customer service reps they say there is nothing and i mean nothing they can do for me. They say it will come next weds. I am in social isolation and have no fridge now . What am i supposed to do? Order takeout 3 times a day? I cant even make a coffee I cant keep milk. You were good enough to take my money but cant help me at all with your own mistake!! I will never buy from you again !! and this is the 4th time I have purchases appliances from you . And I will be Telling everyone that I know not to buy from you and how bad the customer service is.
