Before I purchased a bed frame and mattress from them, I contacted someone on the phone and talked to someone online asking when the bed and mattress will come in and be delivered to me as I am in desperate need for a mattress and Bed Frame. I was told it will be delivered on Tuesday April the 21st and that was the only mattress they have. Also, it stated "In Stock" online (see attachment below). On Tuesday I called and inquire about what time the delivery will come and I was told it will be 4 - 8 weeks as they have to wait for the product to get to them and that they are out of stock. I then asked for a Refund and was told A manager will contact me back. I already got a mattress and a Bed Frame from another company and when I called back to find out what happen to my refund, I was told by the manager, Evan, that there is nothing he can do! He had me going in circles! It's not fair to me that false information was given to me and because I went with another company they are refusing to refund my money! I don't want a credit as I will not support them and what am I going to do with 2 beds? I never got the product and it clearly isn't even on route to be delivered to me. They are skammers!!!
