Terrible Customer service!! Moved into my new house and bought appliances in January and payed for them in full that day . Today my delivery comes and there is no fridge. Its on back order some how! Nobody called me to tell me that it wasn't in stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. How can this happen? Wouldn't it be held for me if i payed for it already?? Upon talking to 2 different customer service reps they say there is nothing and i mean nothing they can do for me. They say it will come next weds. I am in social isolation and have no fridge now . What am i supposed to do? Order takeout 3 times a day? I cant even make a coffee I cant keep milk. You were good enough to take my money but cant help me at all with your own mistake!! I will never buy from you again !! and this is the 4th time I have purchases appliances from you . And I will be Telling everyone that I know not to buy from you and how bad the customer service is.
