The Avenue Road Roofing installation team of Tony, Alberto, Simon and Thomas did an amazing job providing world class service installing new eaves troughs, fascia, soffits, aluminum siding and front window capping. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and great customer service the team demonstrated. Tony was very consultative through out the project: each day he took the time to validate that the work delivered met our expectations and demonstrated flexibility to make minor adjustments when requested.

We noticed leaks in the walls and ceilings around two large chimney stacks in our home. We had no less than 7 other roofing companies come to our house and inspect the problem. Everyone had an idea as to what the problem was, but no idea was the same, and most explanations of our problem made no sense. And no one ever came back to fix the problem or schedule the work for us. Eventually, we found out by doing a water test that the leaking was coming through cracks in ornamental chimney caps, and water was pooling around the bases of the chimneys. We needed to wrap the caps in sheet metal and build new saddles round the chimneys. The ONLY company we found to do the work was Avenue Roofing. They gave great advice, scheduled the work quickly, coordinated scaffolds that needed to be erected, and the chimney caps looks beautiful. When we noticed some persistent leaking the following year, they were quick to respond in a friendly and professional manner, and continue to provide support for the work they did. Special thanks to Kas for always responding to concerns, being friendly, and looking after our best interests. Wouldn't go to anyone else with any roofing needs

Avenue Road sent Kas over to deal with a leak that had returned. After he found where the caulk had been torn (squirrel damage?), he decided to torch over a full patch. Very well done.

We have a 100+ yr old house that needed some love on the whole soffits/eaves system. ARR came by and gave me the most thorough breakdown of what could and could not happen.

The work was fantastic and meticulous. Tony was the project lead and worked on the project from start to finish ensuring consistency a high degree of craftsmanship. Thanks to Alberto, Johathan and Simon who came to assist Tony. All were courteous, professional and the place was immaculate after every day of work.

The idea to add frieze boarding was a fantastic one and it really brings out the craftsmanship and keeps out those nasty little critters on our stucco house.

We had a drip from our ceiling under a flat roof that had been replaced a few years ago by Avenue Road Roofing. Kas Tobin came to the house and assessed our situation. He flushed out the eavestroughs, which were quite full of debris, and determined the leak was caused by high water levels in the troughs.

Tony and Alberto came to repair 2 downspouts that had been damaged. They were very pleasant to deal with, showed me what they were going to do and then they went ahead and completed the work in a very timely way. There was no mess left behind.

These are the professionals. They put on a new roof for me a couple of years ago (after estimates from many roofers) and I had no problem calling them back to install an eavestrough. Good, solid work, polite and hard-working crew, and even a supervisor the next day to check the work.

Had a large water stain on bedroom ceiling in may, after high winds and heavy rainfall occurrence the day before; called Avenue Road, as they had installed a new roof and eavestrough, and completely relpaced the chimney, in 2008.
Had three visits from Avenue Road to date, to get to the source of the water; very thorough examination of roof, chimney, inside attic; did water hosing test; still uncertain of source; pictures of inside attic taken; will consult with a bricklayer; possibly, will completely replace flashing around chimney, including vapour barriere, and install new one...scheduled to come back next week ...
Kas is the person who came each time ...very professional, listens, courteous, respectful of neighbour's property and my property...
