We noticed leaks in the walls and ceilings around two large chimney stacks in our home. We had no less than 7 other roofing companies come to our house and inspect the problem. Everyone had an idea as to what the problem was, but no idea was the same, and most explanations of our problem made no sense. And no one ever came back to fix the problem or schedule the work for us. Eventually, we found out by doing a water test that the leaking was coming through cracks in ornamental chimney caps, and water was pooling around the bases of the chimneys. We needed to wrap the caps in sheet metal and build new saddles round the chimneys. The ONLY company we found to do the work was Avenue Roofing. They gave great advice, scheduled the work quickly, coordinated scaffolds that needed to be erected, and the chimney caps looks beautiful. When we noticed some persistent leaking the following year, they were quick to respond in a friendly and professional manner, and continue to provide support for the work they did.
