Shopped around first to many roofing companies for comparisons and Avenue Road Roofing stood out above the rest - from the sales agent's visit to my home to the meticulous and expert job done by the work crew.
I was provided with excellent information and guidance upon which to base my decision when it came to color and type of shingle.
and always quick and courteous response from Barb and the office staff to any queries I had.
Their pricing was also very fair for my requirements.
A follow-up onsite visit by Joe to address a query I had was very prompt. and informative.

Pleasantly like yesteryear. The crew arrived, set up, completed the work and left like they were never there. I watched them work patiently, with skill, experience and purpose.

After watching several seasons of swarming roofers active in my subdivision, and seeing with my own eyes every horror imaginable -new shingles blowing away in the wind, missing roof vents, smashed and dented metal flashings, destroyed perennial gardens, shrubs and trees, music blasting from the rooftops from morning to night, folks almost falling off roofs, scraps with bylaw enforcement officers, regional police on scene, and of course huge price adjustments via cash, the day-of; it was nice to avoid the intense drama that often accompanies roof shingle replacement. The firm you pick actually matters greatly.

We had our roof re-done by ARR 5 years ago. They did an amazing job and warrantied their work for 10 years. Today, Kas Tobin, of ARR, came to my house to provide a roof inspection, to rule out any water issues from my roof. He took photos, the roof was in perfect condition, except for one small area which he re-caulked for us, as he was checking the roof. He's an incredible person. We am so thankful to have this great company as part of my household infrastructure support system. Thank you, Kas and ARR!

Avenue Road roofing replace a flat roof at our condo some years ago. We were having a leak and Kas from Avenue came by to check to see if it was coming from the roof they replaced. It took several hours, a hose, a flash light to find the leak which was coming from the brick wall. Thank you Kas for your tenacity at finding it.

Recently I had some siding installed by Avenue Road Roofing. There were a number of problems with the way the job was done initially. But Jason in the office listened and Joe came out to have a look. The next day he sent Tony to assess the job. Tony returned the next day and, with Jake's help, did a wonderful job fixing all the problems. I am very happy with the end result.

The balcony roof was replaced in 2015 but a leak developed at the skylight bottom. Avenue Rd. came within a day and repaired the leak.
I must complement Mr. Kas Tobin on his work and we had a nice conversation. 10/10

The rain was heavy. There was dripping from the eaves right in the spot where I had a previous flood. I panicked! I immediately called Avenue Road Roofing, with whom I have done business for years. I was given John's cellphone # and reached him immediately. He said he might be able to come later that afternoon if he had time, or if not he could come the next day. I was thrilled that John showed up later that afternoon, because I was really worried. He inspected the problem and reassured me that everything was fine, and the dripping presented no problem. He did not charge me anything for the time though i was certainly prepared to pay. I love Avenue Road Roofing - thanks (again) for the exceptional service.

Last autumn Avenue Road Roofing replaced the roof and eaves troughs on our home as well as the eaves on the detached garage. The work was done well and in a timely fashion. The Avenue Road people took great care to protect our property from damage and were diligent in cleaning the property from falling debris.

Most impressive is the terrific after completion care that we received from Avenue Road. There were a couple of minor issues that arose this spring that had to be attended to. In both cases when I phoned the office my concerns were taken seriously and within a day I received a call from supervisor Kas Tobin. Kas was at our house within 24 hours, assessed the issue, offered a solution then took care of it immediately. He was also generous in his advice as to what steps I should take to insure that the eves are well maintained.

I have no hesitation in recommending Avenue Road Roofing. And....if any issues arise, ask for Kas.

My daughter told me that she noticed a little bit of water was dripping off from skylight during a heavy downpour rainfall. I called last Friday afternoon to send over someone for inspection and Kas called me back around 5 pm to set up an appointment for the next day between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. He showed up on time and spoke with humour as usual. He went up to the roof and found nothing wrong with the skylight unit and the culking around it. Since he was already up on there, he reculked around the skylight, chimney sidings, and the vent pipe. On the way down, he noticed that the rear eavestrough and the downspout are blocked by the leafs so he cleaned them up and flashed the downspout with water. This is called world class warranty service for the 5-year old new roof built by them back in 2012.

Joe came to our home to assess the drainage issue left behind by another company when we had our vinyl eaves, soffit, facia and siding installed. Joe thoroughly examined the architecture of the home, closely looked at the areas of concern, and developed a plan to implement. Within a week, Tony came. Tony is very professional and caring. He worked dilligently for over three hours to complete the task assigned. All debris was cleaned up after Tony's hard work. He left us contact information for an electrician that can install heater cable to assist with drainage during winter months. We have used Avenue Road for 22 years, through two roofing jobs, two chimney repairs, and now vinyl. I highly recommend this company for their professional customer care.
