I noticed that one of our garage doors was not aligned properly when I had fully closed it. I was surprised to discover that one of the supporting cables had snapped. I contacted Garage Door Services and Avidor quickly answered my enquiry. He was able to repair the the door the next day after I asked for a quotation. He arrived punctually and introduced himself courteously. The price that he originally quoted was just for the replacement cable and labour. It turned out, a few other sections of the door was damaged and needed to be replaced. Avidor explained what he recommended and was never too aggressive. I had both our door cables replaced since I was concerned the same scenario may happen to the other door. He also lubricated all the hinges and pulleys. The door opens and closes quietly and smoothly now. Thank-you Avidor for a great job and within budget!!

Ralph offered the best rate and service to have our exterior potlight bulbs replaced to LEDs. He was able to source the lights within a day. This is our second time using Ralph's service and would highly recommend him.

I purchased a new home and wanted to have the main door lock rekeyed. I removed the look myself and brought it over to Affordable Lock Services to save the service visit. They rekeyed it in less than 5 mins. I also made several duplicate keys for the new lock. Thanks Sharon for the excellent service.

The workers were delayed on the scheduled cleaning day due to truck problem and traffic. They called well ahead of time to notify us of the delay, which is very professional. They arrived shortly after as proposed and started right away. They minimized dust by covering all the vents and added extra holes in the basement ducts to efficiently vacuum out the debris. All the duct holes were capped and floor vacuumed after the job was completed. I was completely satisfied with their work. It took approximately 4 hrs. A week later, I was surprised to receive a cheque from Paul Hannah. They gave us a rebate since the service was overcharged. How many companies out there are this honest. Thanks Paul. I would definitely use your services again.

Eugene was great in arriving to our house in a timely manner. He quickly attended to the problem and resolved it proficiently the following day at a reasonable cost. He cleaned up after his work and took the time to answer our questions. I've already referred him to my neighbours and would definitely use his service again should the need arise.

Ralph was very punctual and courteous. He arrived on time and was eager to work right away. He listened to our desires and even recommended his suggestions. He installed the potlights very diligently and took care to avoid damaging the dry wall. After the installation, he even cleaned up the work area and left the space spotless!
