I'm very pleased with Mike's work and professionalism. He was flexible when some areas of my building could not be accessed for treatment. His method has been effective in the areas he could access, and he upheld his guarantee to return and treat further areas as needed. Mike sprayed extra areas and left extra bait stations as well, explained his processes clearly and left helpful information sheets. I can confidently recommend Swift-X and will continue to contact them for any further pest problems.

I feel so lucky to have met Ainoul and to have hired his team. They are gems in this field. Ainoul is extremely knowledgeable and was very candid about the steps involved in this job and the cost which did not change. Ainoul and Adrian were incredibly amicable and flexible in the face of some unforeseen issues that arose, which really speaks to their professionalism and customer service. I am so impressed with how dedicatedly and efficiently they worked, taking any of my concerns into account, and I'm very happy with the repair work and new porcelain tile flooring. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

A technician came in December to perform the yearly furnace maintenance. The previously functioning unit was left nonfunctional and he failed to leave any space heaters for my tenants who had no other source of heat in freezing temperatures. The technician was unreachable and I spent hours waiting on hold with Enercare only to be given lip-service by uninformed representatives that the space heaters were indeed coming, day after day. After 7 days without a working furnace, the space heaters finally showed up. All in all a very frustrating and in the end, costly experience for a homeowner. I was awaiting a call from a manager that was apparently put in the system but unsurprisingly never came. After cancelling my maintenance plan right then, I was now forced to call and cancel again 8 months later as I received my email notice of automatic renewal. Do not recommend this disorganized service.

I called Canada’s Restoration Services to investigate water damage in my home caused by negligence during a re-roofing job. They responded quickly and I had an inspection the next morning. The inspector was friendly and knowledgeable, and provided honest advice on my options, even when it was not to the advantage of the company. I have to say that I really appreciated their candid, customer service-oriented approach, especially after having to routinely deal with shady contractors. I will recommend this company to friends and family, and will certainly be contacting them for any future restoration needs.
