A technician came in December to perform the yearly furnace maintenance. The previously functioning unit was left nonfunctional and he failed to leave any space heaters for my tenants who had no other source of heat in freezing temperatures. The technician was unreachable and I spent hours waiting on hold with Enercare only to be given lip-service by uninformed representatives that the space heaters were indeed coming, day after day. After 7 days without a working furnace, the space heaters finally showed up. All in all a very frustrating and in the end, costly experience for a homeowner. I was awaiting a call from a manager that was apparently put in the system but unsurprisingly never came. After cancelling my maintenance plan right then, I was now forced to call and cancel again 8 months later as I received my email notice of automatic renewal. Do not recommend this disorganized service.
