When you are trying to renovate your basement, specially, in a house more than 50 years old, you must be prepared for surprises. It is always best to have a team which can handle all the surprises and unseen tasks within your budget. Prominent Improvement company comes with real expertise and depth knowledge on building code. Work can be done by many but if you violate with any building code, in future, you will be ending up with demolishing your thousands dollar project. I found Prominent Improvement company careful about completion of project complying with building code. It gave me peace of mind. Yes, obviously, I can mention all other positive sides it has, but I will highly recommend them for their professionalism. It is better to use them when you really want to avoid cosmetic but prefer to do it right.

I feel so lucky to have met Ainoul and to have hired his team. They are gems in this field. Ainoul is extremely knowledgeable and was very candid about the steps involved in this job and the cost which did not change. Ainoul and Adrian were incredibly amicable and flexible in the face of some unforeseen issues that arose, which really speaks to their professionalism and customer service. I am so impressed with how dedicatedly and efficiently they worked, taking any of my concerns into account, and I'm very happy with the repair work and new porcelain tile flooring. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

From start to finish, the Prominent Improvement People were easy to work with and did a fantastic job with our basement renovation. When Ainoul came to check out our basement for the estimate, he listened to our concerns, offered great advice and worked with us in terms of the cost of the reno. Once the work started, he was great with communication and was always available if we had questions about the renovation process. His team completed our reno for us, and they all did awesome work! Ainoul was always available to answer our questions as well as offer advice when planning out our basement floor plan. They did AMAZING tile work (see pictures attached). His team took care of all of the electrical work for us and was very easy to work with.
Overall, all of the guys we met via our renovation with the Prominent Improvement People were polite, respectful and did fantastic work. They always listened to our concerns, answered our questions, were all easy to work with and did an amazing job!
Now, we have a basement with a Powder room that we absolutely love, and it's all thanks to the Prominent Improvement Team!

They have done a great job with our front and backyard landscaping and lighting. The owner is very knowledgeable about all kinds of renovation and always provided the right solution for the project need.

I had whole bathroom renovation done through them. We take down the whole bathroom including old tubs, wall and floor tiles and old plumbings. Did a fantastic job in a whole and my bath looks awesome.

We have given Ainoul the full contract to do basement unit. He has done the whole basement much nicer fishing and also he showed his knowledge about the building code while he was doing the job. We are happy for the services. I wish him all the best and will also recommend him to my friends and family .
