I feel so lucky to have met Ainoul and to have hired his team. They are gems in this field. Ainoul is extremely knowledgeable and was very candid about the steps involved in this job and the cost which did not change. Ainoul and Adrian were incredibly amicable and flexible in the face of some unforeseen issues that arose, which really speaks to their professionalism and customer service. I am so impressed with how dedicatedly and efficiently they worked, taking any of my concerns into account, and I'm very happy with the repair work and new porcelain tile flooring.
