Paid for painting two rooms, installing weather stripping on garage door, and assembling and installing a double curtain rod. Painting excellent. Issues with other parts of job which were quickly rectified by Mark who i highly recommend. Thsnk You, HC for the warranty and quick action.

Anchor did a thorough, professional, personable and quick and neat tuneup of my A/C and furnace. I will ask for the same person to be sent next year. Highly recommended.

Expert, reliable, personable and efficient work. Very highly recommend Yuriy and the company. Coukd not be happier. He installed a doirbell, two outdoor light fuxtures and two indoor ones plus a range hood over the years.

Contractor arrived exactly on time! Worked quickly, neatly, did excellent work installing my vanity in a very small bathroom. Courteous, personable and just first rate. Highly recommend.

This was my first but not last job with this company. The contractor easily understood the task, and sent two of the most personable, quick and high quality workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The results are top notch. I could not be happier with Expert Property Enhancements and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors, family and friends. I called them back for a second job, repairing the cement all around the inside of my garage. Parging? They were able to fit me into their busy schedule the next day. They did excellent work again. I am very happy with EPE and already have projects for them in Spring.

Jamie and his men were on time, professional, thorough and made life quite easy. Their work, including cleanup, is first rate, have had a lot of great reviews from neighbors. Personable and professional, explained everything I asked. Great advice. I think the world of Taylor Roofing and cannot put into words how good this experience was. Snow removal service is acceptable; however, the pole used to mark my drive way is a beaten up piece of junk with duct tape holding the top on. I have sent this company at least 2 customers, including my own mother, for summer landscaping as well as snow removal. I've called them several times to get this piece of junk removed, and they've ignored the calls. If this is how they treat a money-making customer, how do you think that they're going to treat YOU? I didn't spend $11K on landscaping to have garbage displayed so prominently on the lawn. Come to 292 Pickford Drive in Kanata to see what I"m talking about. I'm calling in a new company. These folks are ignorant.
