Snow removal service is acceptable; however, the pole used to mark my drive way is a beaten up piece of junk with duct tape holding the top on.

I have sent this company at least 2 customers, including my own mother, for summer landscaping as well as snow removal. I've called them several times to get this piece of junk removed, and they've ignored the calls. If this is how they treat a money-making customer, how do you think that they're going to treat YOU?

I didn't spend $11K on landscaping to have garbage displayed so prominently on the lawn. Come to 292 Pickford Drive in Kanata to see what I"m talking about.

I'm calling in a new company. These folks are ignorant.
