WOW. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Steve came to our home for an emergency plumbing issue. It was the long weekend and no one was willing to come (although they all claim to have 24/7 emergency services). Steve drove from a call in Burlington (we live in East Toronto) at 9:30 PM, on a Saturday of Victoria Day weekend. He was COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, and resolved our problem. He deserves the highest COMMENDATIONS and the biggest THANK YOU.

I have used the services of Modern Appliance several times over the years and recommended Modern Appliance to my sister Lucy who asked me to write this review for her. "Peter was PROFFESIONAL, COURTEOUS, ACCOMODATING, and PUNCTUAL. He went out of his way and was determined to fix my built-in refrigerator. He is extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had called numerous companies about a problem I had with my existing 40 year old shed. The result...No return calls...No answers...No information...Poor communication... (Sign of the times??) Then I called GTA SHED INSTALLERS and spoke to Charles. He was EXTREMELY helpful, informative and most importantly went out of his way to help. (Keep in mind they had not installed the shed.) He answered my call promptly, and phoned me later with a solution to my shed issue. THAT'S EXTRAORDINARY IN THESE TIMES!! Daniel and his team did a phenomenal job of replacing my non working pool heater. He returned my call promptly, arrived the next day to inspect the job, and replaced the heater the following day!!
