WOW. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Steve came to our home for an emergency plumbing issue. It was the long weekend and no one was willing to come (although they all claim to have 24/7 emergency services). Steve drove from a call in Burlington (we live in East Toronto) at 9:30 PM, on a Saturday of Victoria Day weekend.
He was COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, and resolved our problem.
He deserves the highest COMMENDATIONS and the biggest THANK YOU.
