The whole process was very good. Got a quote quickly and the price was very good and I was able to make changes with no issues. The crew who showed up was professional and clean and did a very good job. Had 4 windows done. One was shortened and siding added see pic.

Terry was quick in returning my call for a quote and made arrangements for the next day to come out and see my roof. He sounded very knowledgable about what my roof needed as we have a problem area at the front. He wasn't our cheapest quote but his willingness to answer questions was what made me feel comfortable with spending the extra. He came out when he said he would and the job was done in a day with my yard being left clean. Terry assured me that if anything goes wrong with the roof he will come back and sort it out and I believe me.

We were adding a bathroom to our basement and there was no plumbing roughed in. We called Durham Plumbing for a quote on the plumbing part of the job only. Dave came out when he said he would to quote the job and the price was fair as he had to add everything for the bathroom. He was even willing to work around my husband who wanted to do all the other work. He was very professional, clean and on time. His work was very neat and he finished on time and within the quoted amount. He was extremely helpful in recommendations for the rest of the project. I even felt comfortable leaving him in my home while I went out.

We contracted this company to install a safety cover on our pool in the fall or 2012. We had a date book however they called the day of the installation and advised that the cover hadn't been ordered and that there would be a week delay before they could some out and install it. They did call a week later to arrange a new installation date and stuck to it. The cover looks great. I am impressed on the officer manager's ability to remember customers, knowledge and friendliness.

We used this company to replace the furnace and air condition at our previous house, so when we moved to the new house we called them in to service the existing furnace. They came on time and the technician was thorough and explained what was needed to keep the filter clean longer.

We called Sears for this job due to the quote which surprisingly was cheaper than other quotes and because of promotion if you used your Sears card. The sales person was great. The start of the job took longer than estimated but there was a lot of rain so we understood however the siding guys when they did eventual start took much longer than they should have to finish the job. The eaves and downspouts were installed very quickly and overall both jobs were done to our satisfaction, we just wish the first group didn't take so long.

We had a crack in our foundation and had RCC out to quote the job. The sales person was great and knowledgeable. He recognized we needed not only the crack fixed but a window well installed to ensure no further leaks. We did have to wait a few weeks for the quote and a little longer than planned for the repair it was worth it. The guys on the job (Chris and his partner) were very professional and were done in a few hours.

We found Pro Stone through the net and compared them with other companies. They had the best presentation and price. From selection of stone to installation it was 2 weeks. We are very pleased with the end result and the installers were very professional and quick.

We recently moved and used Exclusive at our old home so had them quote on a new front door and 2 windows at the new place. Their price was very reasonable and they have been installed and look great. It took less than half a day to install and they cleaned up after themselves. They are out to do a great job and not break your pocket.

After calling in several companies for quotes and doing my research I decided to go with this company because the gentleman who came out was well organized and brought references. The AC unit was a bit bigger than I expected but both work great.

We recently moved into an older home and quickly found that the main drain in the house backs up when doing laundry. We called The Rooter Way in Pickering and the technician came out right away to fix the issue. He was upfront with the costs. He was very polite, professional and quick. He advised us on what will be needed to avoid the problem in the future due to the age of the house and what he found to be the issues (roots in the plumbing). I would definitely use him again.

We recently purchased a house with a pool that need some repairs. Bremner Pool and Spa were the first of many companies called who agreed to come out and detect the leak and repaired it with no issues since. They were quick and very professional from the person who took my call, the guy who detected the leak to the repair crew who fixed the leak. We are using them again to install a pool heater and we aren't getting quotes for the job. They will be our pool company.

Warren was excellent to talk to over the phone and provided a quote on a tree I wanted removed from our backyard shortly after our conversation. When I asked how much more to remove another tree in the yard, he was very reasonable on the additional cost. When the trees were taking down, I was at work but we had an ant problem and found the source of their nest which Warren advised on how to deal with the nest via a follow up call that evening. We have not moved to another home and will be using his services to remove two trees from our yard again.

Stan of Canadian Choice Windows & Doors came out right away after making a call to them for a quote. He was very knowledgeable. 5 Windows, entrance door and patio door were all installed in one day as promised and on time. The installers were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. Their product is fantastic. We are getting compliments from the neighbors about our front door. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Stan, he was excellent to work with. I have seen the same installers on our street twice since my install.

We had several quotes for these 6 windows and Exclusive Windows & Doors Inc. were the only ones who came out right away and gave us the best customer service out of them all. The sales lady was knowledgeable. The installers were in/out in a day and cleaned up after themselves. It also helped that their quote was the least expensive of the companies that actually provided one to us. We would recommend them to our friends and family.
