Pool Safety Cover Installation

We contracted this company to install a safety cover on our pool in the fall or 2012. We had a date book however they called the day of the installation and advised that the cover hadn't been ordered and that there would be a week delay before they could some out and install it. They did call a week later to arrange a new installation date and stuck to it. The cover looks great. I am impressed on the officer manager's ability to remember customers, knowledge and friendliness.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Because of the mix up on their end, I would have liked for them to throw something in for free with the installation of the safety cover e.g. free chemicals or a free cleaning next pool season.
