Amazing service from start to finish

Oshawa

The entire process was fantastic.

Our sales rep was knowledgeable and explained the window options in a clear and understandable way and helped us pick the right windows for our needs.

The installers were great and did an amazing job and kept the house clean as they worked.

Very happy with the service.

Everything as promised, perfect execution

This is my second project with Eco Choice and I had 2 entry doors removed and replaced. Price was fair and the doors were ready in less than 2 months. Both doors were installed in 1/2 day and the work area was left clean and in pre-installation condition. Trim pieces that were removed to install the door were re-installed with no noticeable damage or paint chips. My first project with Eco Choice required some service calls after installation and they were done to my satisfaction free of charge.

Black windows installation

We had a fantastic experience starting right from the very first visit with the sales person Paul. Paul was great and the window installers were amazing !!! From the moment they drove into my driveway. !! The 3 installers worked extremely Well together, they made sure to cover all my floors with covers when walking through the house. They installed all new windows, efficiency, respectfully and professionally. Always cleaning up behind them and leaving my house looking amazing when they completed it.
The trim around my windows looks perfect too.
We are extremely happy we chose ECO CHOICE. To complete out windows.

Ordering Stage

I met with Gabriel as he came to my home to measure my front door for a quote on a new front door.
He was extremely professional and passionate about his companys product which made me feel at ease and excited to hire them. We put the order in and I will review again when all is completed but I feel very good about my choice.

Windows Install

Just had my 30+ year old windows replaced. I am very pleased with the new windows. Shane was very knowledgeable about the choice of windows for each room. He is very professional and friendly and took his time to go through the available options. I did not feel pressured to buy on the spot. Shane did come out to the house during the install to ensure all was well, etc. Said and his team did an excellent installation job. They were professional, friendly and meticulous. And they did clean up after the job was done. Last but not least Stephanie was very easy to work with when I had to reschedule the installation. Great product and great people to deal with. I recommend Eco Choice. Thanks for a great experience!
