I needed to install a new kitchen faucet and repair a pipe that kept disconnecting under the sink. I called Alex based on Homestar reviews and he was very prompt to answer, provided an estimate over the phone, and a window of time that he would be able to come by the same day. Alex showed up on time and was very professional. While he was replacing the pipe in one of the sinks he noticed water penetration in the other sink as well, which he also repaired. He kept the work area clean and got everything completed within an hour. I highly recommend his services.

I hired Komandor to upgrade our condo closet. The designer Louise was very helpful with suggestions and came to take measurements. We wanted a his and hers closet and she made it happen. John the installer was wonderful. This is somebody who has pride in their work and took a lot of time to make sure everything fit correctly. The manufacturer made some errors and John took the pieces back down to his van and meticulously corrected the issues, which took a few extra hours than planned. John arrived on-time in the morning and did not leave until 7pm because he wanted to get the job done. The back of one of the drawers was slightly damaged, but John took pictures of it and he was back in the next week to replace it. Great customer service. I highly recommend Komandor. I had them install a sliding glass door 5 years ago and was very pleased with their work then as well.

Second time using Fiber Protection to clean my handwoven rug. They did a fantastic job removing the pet hair, smell, and probably some stains. The rug came back like new. I also purchased 2 rugs while Fiber Protection was cleaning my rug and they immediately picked the new rugs up and applied the Fiber Protect, which I highly recommend for homes with pets. Turnaround was fast - less than a week to clean and Fiber Protect my existing rug, and just a day to Fiber Protect the new ones.

I had this closet installed about 5 months ago. The company sent out a designer to take measurements and I ended up ordering a closet with a set of drawers. During the installation it became evident that the measurements turned out to be wrong - the drawers hit the closet doors. The installer said sometimes the designers get the measurements wrong or the shop cuts the pieces incorrectly. I had 2 options at that point: 1) put up with the drawers not opening all the way, or 2) wait for them to order a piece in which they were unable to provide me with an estimated time. Given that everything was disassembled from my closet I chose option #1. I can still open the drawers, just not all the way. After posting this review, Space Solutions reached out to me claiming they were not made aware by the installer and whomever he coordinated with from the office at the time of installation that there was a problem. The owner came to my unit the same evening and offered 3 solutions: 1) add a filler that would shift the closet over by 1", 2) replace the shelves that would in effect provide me with the closet I had intended to order, or 3) shave one side of the drawers down so they could open. I chose option #1 and she had an installer here the following morning and my closet was repaired in an hour. The filler ended up being 2", but I am overall satisfied with my closet and very satisfied with how the company remedied the situation.

Great service and installation. The installers were very organized, clean, and polite. They put down sheets on the floors and bathtub to ensure everything stayed clean. Have had the shower door for a little over a month and am very satisfied with it.
