Our house was built in the 20's, and the wiring was a mess. It was mostly knob and tube, with some grounded lines, the basement ceiling was filled with junction boxes all over the place. I hired Kiya after getting quotes from 2 other electricians. Important to me was finding someone who's dealt with older homes, as I have alot of plaster and I wanted to try to keep the wall/ceiling damage to a minimum. Kiya and his team arrived on time every morning, and had the job completed in 8 days. He recommended good spots for additional outlets, and he patched up the holes me made. We made use of my existing 100 amp service, with my existing breaker panel. Other electricians told me i'd need to add a sub panel in order to add more outlets to the 2nd floor but Kiya had no problem making things work, I even have a few blank spots for additional breakers later on. Now our house is up to code, with more outlets, 3 interconnected co/smoke alarms, additional outside plugs etc. I would not hesitate to use Kiya again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced competent electrician. Atiar runs a great business! He's very friendly and honest. I let him know what model of washer I had when I called, so he came with the drain pump and had pre-ordered the control board as well. (those were the 2 common parts that fail with my machine). I called him Monday, he gave me a 10-12 timeslot Wednesday and showed up right at 10. He was informative, had my washer up and running within an hour. While he was there I asked him about an issue with my mother in law's fridge. He gave me some suggestions as to what I could try first before calling him. An honest individual who knows his stuff. I'd recommend High Tech Appliance to anyone.

Called them up and had George at my house in just over an hour. He snaked a blade through the cleanout and got the water flowing but on inspection with a camera, we found that most of the roots were still intact. He kept at it until all roots were cleaned out. He took his time and did an excellent job. George was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave great advice. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing expert plumbing service!
