drain pump replacement for Samsung washer
Atiar runs a great business! He's very friendly and honest. I let him know what model of washer I had when I called, so he came with the drain pump and had pre-ordered the control board as well. (those were the 2 common parts that fail with my machine).
I called him Monday, he gave me a 10-12 timeslot Wednesday and showed up right at 10. He was informative, had my washer up and running within an hour.
While he was there I asked him about an issue with my mother in law's fridge. He gave me some suggestions as to what I could try first before calling him.
An honest individual who knows his stuff. I'd recommend High Tech Appliance to anyone.
