Called them up and had George at my house in just over an hour. He snaked a blade through the cleanout and got the water flowing but on inspection with a camera, we found that most of the roots were still intact. He kept at it until all roots were cleaned out. He took his time and did an excellent job.
George was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave great advice. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing expert plumbing service!
