They came on time, listened to all our preferences & concerns, worked very carefully around our roof & our south neighbour’s roof, and even gathered black walnuts for us. They arrived on time (actually earlier), addressed all our concerns (even fixed our misaligned duct), explained clearly about their process, literally scrubbed our duct clean, and showed us what they removed from out ducts, when the job was finished. There are many companies out there that don't deliver what they promise in their advertisement. The Duct Cleaning Specialists really deliver what they promise and more. When I showed Garnet our old Beaumark dryer that suddenly stopped producing heat, he opened it in no time and spotted the problem: 2 electric wires were busted. He fixed it and spent extra time testing it to make sure it worked properly. Then he hooked the dryer back to the vent for me. All this in less than 20 minutes! His overall knowledge of appliances is impressive. He was also very kind to answer all my questions not only about the dryer but also the fridge. He took a look at the fridge and suggested an alternative solution for the door seal problem (since LG is not a Canadian fridge, ordering a new seal would be quite expensive). I highly recommend him. He won’t waste your time.

On Thursday afternoon Michael from Water Works showed up right on time to look at a clogging problem on our second floor bathtub. Although he snaked out the huge chunks of hair that had accumulated in the pipe over the years, the drainage strangely didn’t improve much. So, he came back later that evening with his coworker to investigate the main source of the problem. Soon we found out that our 100-year-old house’s clay sewer pipe under the basement had been invaded by tree roots. This meant having to break the tiles and the concrete in the basement and replace the clay (elbow) pipe with a new PVC pipe. Naturally, we were distressed having to face a rather serious problem, and anticipating all the things that could go wrong during the process of fixing it. In the following 5 days, however, I had confirmed why a good service could make a big difference in one’s life. All of the Water Works’ staff were punctual, professional and never wasted time. The workmanship was excellent. I recommend Water Works Company, especially Michael, because he is passionate about his job and tries to make you happy.
