From initial contact through to completion of work the experience with Costa Plumbing was excellent. Fil responded to my quote request immediately and followed up to explain the quoting process. The work was scheduled promptly and communication was excellent. John arrived and I instantly knew I was in good hands. He was friendly, respectful of my home and cleaned up as he went. I was shocked at how meticulously the work was completed. It turned out to be a much bigger project than initially suspected but that was due to the age of the pipes and I fully expected it. As we progressed into way after hours on a Friday night I felt bad and suggested we reschedule to finish the work but he would not leave the job until it was done thoroughly and correctly. I highly recommend Costa Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I had Mike and his crew do some pruning of overgrown trees this morning. What a great group of people. They showed up on time, were friendly, courteous and actually asked for my opinion as they worked! They are knowledgeable and ensure the work they do will be beneficial for both the client and the trees they work on. Forestwood Tree Service is now my "go to" for my property. Great work at a competitive price. I can't speak highly enough of all of them.

Alliance refinished the parquet floor in my great room this past week. I couldn't believe how incredible the floor looked when they were finished. They arrived on time, did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. Provided options for the new stain colour and generally were amazing they were to work with. Timea was my contact and answered all of my email questions quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience and I've already started recommending them to others.

He explained the process and the time it would take for the glass order to be completed. He was accommodating to my schedule when setting up the install time/date and arrived on time. The work was done quickly, the windows look amazing and they cleaned up so well there was no evidence they had even been there when they left. I will definitely use him for all my window/glass needs and highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Fedri based on the amazing reviews and am happy to report they were all true. He communicated quickly, showed up on time and started by explaining that "if he couldn't get the results he expected he would stop so I wasn't spending my hard earned money for nothing". You can't ask for more than that. He and his son were polite, courteous and caring (he went with me to turn on the outside water to ensure it wasn't leaking). The floor looks fantastic! I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for all my grout cleaning in the future.

I contacted Imran through Homestars because my 15+ year old gas fireplace wasn't working at all. He responded quickly and provided the cost of a service call over the phone. He arrived when scheduled, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, provided a quote and did the work right then. He disassembled the entire fireplace, cleaned it all, replaced the necessary parts, and put it all back together in a couple of hours. He was neat, tidy and left the room exactly as he found it. I highly recommend him and will be calling him to perform annual maintenance going forward.

I went to several stores and finally settled on Carpet Palace. They instilled confidence from the minute I walked in the door. Bill was patient - when I changed my mind a couple of times before finally making a decision. They accommodated my schedule of when to do the work and the pricing was better than the other quotes I received. It would be great if their installers were friendlier but the work was done quickly and excellently. And I love my new hardwood floor.

I have had horrible luck with trades in the past and I can tell you that my experience with Tommy from Navida Garage Doors has restored my faith. He was quick to respond, pleasant and easy to deal with. Most importantly, he showed up as promised and fixed the problem quickly and for the amount he had quoted.

I requested quotes from a few companies. All had sales people come by and promised to send estimates. Tip Top Trough was the only one that actually sent one. They came and did the work when promised, the crew was friendly and courteous and Myriam is a pleasure to work with. There is some repair work they identified and I will not hesitate to use them for that as well.
