Slavik and his team were awesome! Very professional, inspected our roof and replaced the missing/damaged shingles on the spot, also provided photos of the before and after which was helpful, and to our relief repair was completed accordingly. Really appreciate Slaviks input and expertise. Definitely recommend him and his team to our friends and family without any hesitation!

My experience getting a new roof with Gitano Roofing was positive and worry-free. I found the quote to be reasonable, and I liked that it included the brand name of the shingles and available colours. Throughout the project Sabrina and Vishal were attentive, and quick to answer any questions by email or text. The foreman and crew were professional hard-working. They finished the project in one day, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I can say that I am very happy with my new roof. It looks great!

Slavik is a professional that inspected the roof and check everything at not cost, provided some recommendation but we where really happy about his honesty and professionalism.

Had a roof leak and contacted a couple of people. Slavik from Gitano came out promptly, went on the roof and gave us an estimate along with pictures. Was clear on what the issue was, why it happens and explained the resolution. Came back as scheduled the next business day (after the long weekend) and fixed it. Our experience:
- He was timely, professional and very courteous.
- Performed the work and inspected for any other potential issues, showed us pictures of what had been repaired. Spent the time to do a complete job and cleaned up after.
- Very careful, ensured walls did not get scratched, footwear was covered to protect the carpet - basically respected our home. (details matter)

I contacted Gitano Roofing due to water leaking into our garage when it rains. To me it was a major problem. Slavik came to our home with an associate the same day I contacted the company. I had convinced myself that the problem was big and would be very expensive to repair. On arrival Slavik climbed onto the roof and immediately found the problem. He explained what he had to do and to my relief the price was so reasonable. They completed the repair and after several heavy rainfalls we have not had a drop of water in the garage.

After a storm with high winds, a roofing cap tile was displaced from a row of townhomes in East York and was visible in my gutter. Unaware of which townhome that was impacted with a loose tile, I called in for a roof inspection.
Along with brief a description and photos that I provided of the loose tile; Gitano made an appointment for the roof inspection with Slavik in the Service department.
After a prompt and courteous inspection, Slavik provided photos of my roof as well that of my neighbours roofs which showed no impact or loose tiles on my home or that of my neighbours.
Gitano photos of our homes provided credibility of the inspection in providing a professional roofing service by Gitano. The pictures indicate that the inspection was well done and completed easing my concerns.
Slavik is a courteous and polite gentlemen and Gitano should be proud of their Professional service personnel.

We highly recommend Gitano Roofing for your next roof project. They were thorough from the quote right to the day the new roof was installed. They are well organized from providing us samples, to having the the bin dropped off/ picked up as well as the shingles. After the install, they cleaned up and also went out of their way to adjust one of our gutters. That was considerate and very much appreciated. They also ensure that your neighbours property is taken care of as well. Sabrina was great to deal with and communicated each step of the way. Overall the process went smoothly!

Gitano did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Did not cut any corners and high quality work and materials. A couple of years later I requested warranty service and it was easy, fast (like same day!), and hassle-free.
