I was very impressed with the work done by this company. They seemed to pay attention to "the little things" (i.e. sending photos and info about the technicians who would be coming in advance of their arrival) as well as the big job, and they responded very quickly, courteously and appropriately to any unexpected problems that came up. Their employees were a pleasure to have in my house. I will definitely use their services again.

It was an absolute pleasure having Mud Monkeys work on my house. Service was 100% on time; fully explained to me; executed as promised; and clean up afterwards was thorough. On top of that the Mud Monkeys have to be the most courteous tradesmen in town. I'm happy to add this review.

I met with and got estimates from 3 different "10 star" painting companies on Homestars, and ultimately chose Kris's painting. The ratings and reviews for this company were very positive and Kris's estimate for the work was roughly 25% lower than the others. Kris and his assistant painter, Pete, were totally reliable, careful and very easy to work with. I've already recommended them to friends. I keep getting compliments on how great the space looks now that it's been painted!

I've had really bad experiences with some other roofing companies before - so I was delighted to find this company through Home Stars. I have had a good experience with them on three separate occasions. Most recently I needed a small section of roofing tiles replaced on my garage - an area about 3 foot by 3 foot. As per other times I've used them, this company was quick to respond to my call, came the very next day, did the job I needed, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could I ask for? Frankly, I haven't shopped around to compare their rates, and they seem a bit high (but I don't know this for a fact). Paying what may be a somewhat higher price than others charge has been worth it to me because of the peace of mind I've had working with this company. I really hope that if and when I need them in the future, I'll be equally pleased with their work.

Prompt, thorough and efficient response. Can't ask for much more. Used them before; will definitely use them in the future. Price feels a little steep for what was a minor job. However, the repair was at the point on the roof the most difficult to reach, so I expect that to cost a bit more. From my perspective, I'd rather pay a bit more to get reliable, competent service. That's what they deliver.

I hired this company to strip to bare and then replace a section of roof that was old, and starting to lose shingles. Company said they gave full 10 year warranty on their work. First winter after they did the job, ceiling below the new roof started leaking. That ceiling had NEVER leaked before. I looked carefully at the new roof and noticed that there was an open hole where there should have been a shingle. Called company to come back. They sent a team of father and son playing good cop / bad cop. Bad cop insisted that the leaking problem I was having had to nothing to do with the job they did - even after seeing that a shingle was totally missing, leaving a gaping hole in the roof. I asked for compensation so I could get the roof repaired and then get the ceiling below repaired. Bad cop kept insisting it was not their responsibility. Good cop said he'd be a "nice guy" and give me half of what it was going to cost me to repair the ceiling. Their approach to me was totally intimidating. I've just had another company in, still trying to fix the leak. This company pointed out numerous problems with the job done by EW Smith, reflecting a serious lack of attention to workmanship;

Kevin was absolutely on time (in fact called to say he could be available earlier); he clearly knew his stuff, and was a very nice guy to talk to. I would use him again without reservation.

I checked out the Homestars ratings for this company before I decided to go with them. Now I not only know that Homestars gives good tips, but also that Tender Touch really does an excellent moving job. They booked my appointment within 24 hours. The three guys who did the move (Elvis, Ali and Fred) were very professional. careful and pleasant. This was a very good experience!
