Prompt, thorough and efficient response. Can't ask for much more. Used them before; will definitely use them in the future.
Price feels a little steep for what was a minor job. However, the repair was at the point on the roof the most difficult to reach, so I expect that to cost a bit more. From my perspective, I'd rather pay a bit more to get reliable, competent service. That's what they deliver.
