Alex was great from first contact through to walking out the door. He was prompt with his responses to inquiry and answered every question that I had. He was very accommodating in terms of date and time for providing service. On the day of, Alex provide me advance (accurate) notice of when he would arrive. While providing the service he walked me through his analysis of the problem (variable temperature in the shower), explained what he was doing and provided background on the parts and companies that he partners with. He also went over and above by looking at plumbing beyond the scope of the requested work to check for problems. He's also very friendly in general! All told it was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone. Don't hesitate.

Every aspect of the experience was easy. I found and hired 416 online quickly and without hassle. On the day of, the technicians arrived promptly, walked me through what they intended to do and then went to work. They finished well within the quoted 1 hour timeline and the carpets were the cleanest they had been in years. Would highly recommend!

Alliance Floor Source performed a laminate installation in our condo a little over a year ago - it was a great experience at the time. Recently we noticed that there had been some movement in our flooring, so we had a technician (Mike) come in to take a look. It was determined that the issue arose due to a lack of adequate humidity in our unit. Mike made the necessary adjustments and recommended that we get a humidifier in order to avoid the problem in the future. Even though this was not a warranty issue, Mike provided the service for free! Once again, great experience overall. Alliance is committed to excellent customer service.

From the inspection to shopping for materials to the actual installation, Alliance made the process as easy as possible. Very friendly service and great interaction with customers. Even got a couple freebies here and there. So far I am loving the results - I would recommend Alliance across the board.
