Great service, great experience
Alex was great from first contact through to walking out the door. He was prompt with his responses to inquiry and answered every question that I had. He was very accommodating in terms of date and time for providing service.
On the day of, Alex provide me advance (accurate) notice of when he would arrive. While providing the service he walked me through his analysis of the problem (variable temperature in the shower), explained what he was doing and provided background on the parts and companies that he partners with. He also went over and above by looking at plumbing beyond the scope of the requested work to check for problems. He's also very friendly in general!
All told it was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone. Don't hesitate.
