Alliance Floor Source performed a laminate installation in our condo a little over a year ago - it was a great experience at the time. Recently we noticed that there had been some movement in our flooring, so we had a technician (Mike) come in to take a look. It was determined that the issue arose due to a lack of adequate humidity in our unit. Mike made the necessary adjustments and recommended that we get a humidifier in order to avoid the problem in the future. Even though this was not a warranty issue, Mike provided the service for free!
Once again, great experience overall. Alliance is committed to excellent customer service.
