I had the windows as well as my back door replaced and installed by Moncada Windows. The crew came and worked efficiently; explained things to me as questions arose, they were polite and cleaned up once they were done. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship as well as the product -- the most impressive being my back door, which is stunning!! Anthony works hard to please his customers ... for that I am very thankful. I will be continuing to work with Moncada as the need arises and I do recommend them highly.

I have been using Ross for several years now for oh so many things around my place! Every little and/or bigger job has been handled beyond my expectations. Having an old home, I have seen Ross tackle issues very creatively but always professionally and ALWAYS resolving the issue -- I am so thankful I've had him to call on whenever something needs tending to!! Ross & his son are both amazing!

I wanted to send a quick note letting you know that the team that was here on Friday morning was absolutely exceptional!! This was a much needed window cleaning - our neighbours have been renovating the exterior of their home -- our windows and gutters were disgusting from all of the construction that has been going on. Please let the team that was here on Friday know how pleased I am and so thankful for the extra mile they went in ensuring that all of the grime was off. Andrea

The Estimator was knowledgeable. The work took longer than originally expected to complete, but that was due to a customized stain and approval process. The attention to detail throughout the process was impecable! Attentive, prompt responses to calls. Clear and patient explanations of processes and techniques. Listened attentively to what was desired and hoped for. Very pleasant and cheerful chats with Audrey! At the end of the day, the end result is outstanding! We are absolutely delighted with the dining room. At no point in time during the process did I question the integrity of the work being done. Thank you so much to the whole of the TMC Restoration team for your attention to detail in every aspect of the process. You have been wonderful to work with. A special mention should also be made to the drivers for their professionalism from the first pick up of the dining room to the delivery of the finished product. It was apparent from the start these gentlemen know what they're doing not only in the handling of the move out and then back in but also in the dismantling and reassembling of the table. We are thrilled!!

I have used Mike before and came to call on him again having had some kitchen renovations done and intending on changing up the wall colours from 'designer beige' to something with a little more life. Mike and his crew painted my living room, dining room, kitchen, family room & ceiling, hallway leading upstairs and the upstairs hallway ( including the bannisters & rail ) as well as the washroom, doors, baseboards & window frames in all areas. I should also add that within the kitchen renovation, our designer suggested we keep a few of the existing interior cabinets (pantry with pull out shelves) and have them colour matched to the new cabinetry. We have never had this done and are thrilled with the precision of the colour match and quality of work done by Mike in painting out to match the old with the new. You cannot tell the difference!! As always - Mike is thorough, on schedule, very respectful when working in your home, pleasant and professional. He goes beyond he call of duty in the prep work taking time to find and fix all flaws before beginning the job. And...he is honest!!! I am still in awe of the quality of work done and the time frame within which it was completed! Thank you so much Mike - we are so happy :) Andrea & Michael

We used P&P Renovations (Nataneal) in 2013 for an extensive home renovation (please see my review dated July 7/13). As a result of water damage in our lower level living space - a frustrating on-going issue - we moved forward with very invasive internal water proofing - internal weeping tiles, removal of concrete slab, new gravel & new concrete as well as installation of a sump pump - we were left with a 'mess' in our lower level which is occupied by our tenant. We would 'never' consider using anyone other than Nataneal and his crew given our past experience with Nataneal. Within this restoration .... Nataneal and his crew accommodated our needs in restoring the living space helping to minimize the length of upheaval to our tenant. The water proofing specialists were finishing off on Friday morning -- Nataneal & his crew arrived on Friday morning. They worked diligently restoring every detail in the space back to its original state .... 5 crew members worked a long Friday and remainder of the weekend to help us out. Drywall, plastering, new baseboards, new floors, building in the sump pump piping so as to hide the visual of the plumping....unbelievable!!! The quality of work, the professionalism of Nataneal's crew, the problem solving and the attention to detail .... these are the trademarks of P&P Renovations! I could never do Nataneal justice with my words; my simple words cannot begin to describe what is Nataneal and P&P Renovations. These are wonderful, commited and dedicated to perfection and quality people who take pride in what they do and they it do so very well. Thank you again - Nataneal & crew! I have no words to express enough thanks! Then....after the restoration of our lower level apartment space - I had Nataneal return with his Masonry specialist to redo & repair our exterior masonry; from years of neglect the area was crumbling and deteriorating. I have never seen this type of work done before and was amazed at the precision with which the work was carried out. Again - the quality of the work, the dedication to the most minute details was apparent. And....what totally blew me away and which is so typical of Nataneal & his crew .... we called them in for this job (a very specific and visually obvious area) and I came home to them finding other areas that were in need of repair which they just moved ahead with and repaired with no impact on the original quote. Nataneal .... to you and your crew and most heartfelt THANK YOU! Michael and I are so very thankful that we found you .... Have I mentioned .... above and beyond what I have written .... these are the 'nicest' guys to have around your house .... pleasant, happy, respectful .... they make the work being done fun! Star-Delta was recommended to us by our Designer - Peter Brooks of BedfordBrooks Design - with whom we had worked for many months on extensive renovations and updates within our newly purchased home. I contacted Keith and arranged for a 2-fold quote for the roof on our home. The extension on the back of our home was in need of re-roofing - the shingles were visibly tired....we could see that; the remainder of the house is flat-roofed and given that we are not able to see the condition of the flat roof - I asked Keith to take a walk on top while he was here and tell us what the condition of that portion of the roof was like. We did have a home inspection done prior to the purchase and were told that we had 5-7 years of life left on the flat roof. I am so glad I asked Keith for his opinion on the flat roof portion of the house; as it turned out - that portion of the roofing was in greater need of replacement than the shingled portion of the extension. What sold me with Keith was his willingness to 'teach' me/us about flat roofs (our first flat roof - we now nothing about them). He explained - in language that I understood - the workings of a flat roof. I learned that we were 'maxed' out with 4+ layers of roofing on our house (flat roof) and the implications of having all of that weight on top. We did have sagging and as a result 'ponding' on top of our house! His knowledge of the houses in our community...how they were built and historically the materials that were used in re-roofing flat roofs was impressive and put me at ease. I wanted someone that understood 'old' houses and their structures. Keith was honest and it was apparent very knowledgeable! He told us in detail what the work would entail, the costs associated and the length of time it would take. We decided we wanted Star-Delta - Keith and his crew - to be the guys to do the job for us! Keith gave us an approximate start date for the work; I was expecting - given the nature of the business and it being at the mercy of the elements - for the job to start after his projected start date. To our delight, Keith and his crew were able to start the job earlier than his projected start date. The work started - with dumpster in place - on a Wednesday morning and by Thursday evening, the dumpster was gone...the work complete....and the property was left with no evidence that anyone had been here. It was immaculate!!! Keith and his crew arrived bright and early and worked late; the crew was delightful and happy - which I attribute to their relationship with Keith and his appreciation of each member of his crew - and their ability to work together like well oiled machine - each knowing precisely what the other is doing. Our roof did present with some unexpected challenges all of which were dealt with professionally and honestly in a timely manner and beyond our expectation. (I might mention with no additional cost to us) Michael and I are delighted with the work on our roof; we are thankful for Keith and his crew and their deligence, determination and hard work. We expect that we will not have roofing needs for many, many years yet Keith also does window installations and eaves troughs....both of which are on our 'to-do' list and when the time comes - we will be contacting Keith without hesitation to handle that job for us! We are in the process of settling into our new home in the Danforth community; the house has gone through much in the way of renovation! Our designer, Peter Brooks, connected us with Irene at EkoCouture. I emailed Irene and within a couple of days, Viggo was at my home with fabric samples and measuring tape in hand. Viggo took precise measurements of the windows in need of treatment and explained the whole process to me - from the choosing of the fabric for the sheers to the installation process. Irene had an estimate to me within a few hours of Viggo's visit. I gave the go-ahead for the sheers - beautiful white ripplefold - the next morning and again - within what felt like minutes - I had an installation date and time in hand. Irene and Viggo both answered all of my questions and concerns...no question or concern was too small. The installation of my drapes took less than an hour; Viggo knows what he's doing and does so with ease. I am thrilled with the simple elegance of my sheers and the ripplefold drape falls in clean lines giving my living space an open and airy feel. From beginning to end, Irene and Viggo were an absolute delight to work with. I should also mention that aside from having a stunning window treatment in my Living/Dining room space ..... the cost was amazing. Who would have thought that such a lovely custom look could be so very affordable. Thank you - Irene and Viggo - I am so very happy....absolutely thrilled!! What an easy and amazing experience! My husband, Michael, and I had a dream. We had fallen 'in-love' with the Danforth community and in the spring of 2012 began our search for a house. The market was wild and we experienced many bidding wars to which we lost. We were looking for a home that had already been renovated; we did not want - nor had we planned - on purchasing a home that was in need of a major renovation! In November 2012, we found and bought our home on our dream street. The house needed much in the way of renovation in order for it to be brought up to where we wanted it to be. Peter was recommended to us by our real estate agent. At our very first meeting, it was apparent that Peter had a vast amount of experience in the field of renovation and design; he presented as professional, friendly and fun and provided us with a realistic 'picture' of what we would be looking at in the way of time and cost. We retained Peter's services. Within our project - we not only worked initially with Peter - but with his lead designer, Alona. The two of them presented us with design plans for our complete scope of work. All information was complete, detailed and well-organized. Every 'wish' had been accounted for with our budget in mind! All work was itemized clearly on a spread sheet with accurate costing so that we were able to stay on budget. No detail was missed! Peter secured a contractor for us and the wheels were put in motion! Alona, our project manager, handled every minute detail of the project - from sourcing materials for our selection based on our determined style, managing the project on-site with the contractor and his crew, responding efficiently to all queries (and there were many) and reaching out in a heart-beat when our attention and response was necessary.to ensure a smooth flow on the job. We came to know and trust Alona's judgement completely - her presentations for our selection of finishes was always right on target with our tastes and desires. We have learned so much having worked with the BedfordBrooks Design Team! Peter, Alona & Fay have all been such an important and integral part of our lives for the past 6-7 months - and although our project is complete and we are in our home - Peter continues to go beyond the call of duty almost daily as I email him with new queries for new projects. We are so thankful for having found the BedfordBrooks Team! We are keeping them in our lives and without a hesitation will tell our friends about them! We recently finished with a major renovation in a house we've just recently moved into. I've never had my ducts cleaned before and had no idea what to expect; I did know though that they needed to be done and I've heard many speak of the benefits of having your ducts cleaned. I found The Duct Cleaning Specialists through an offer on 'Groupon' .... booked them first - then did my research on them. Not in the right order - I know - but lucky for me .... as it turns out they've been around forever and they know their stuff! My positive experience began the night before my scheduled cleaning when my technician, Mark, called to confirm a 9:00 am arrival and start time. Mark was precisely on time and presented with a wonderful smile and an amazing demeanor! He was very warm and pleasant! Not only did Mark do a 'very' thorough job on cleaning the ducts - but he answered each and every question I had (I love to learn & understand stuff)....I had many questions...lol. He maneouvered through the house with great care being careful of floors and furniture. Mark went beyond the call of duty in his cleaning of the furnace as well as the furnace room area, i.e., pipes etc. I was amazed and very pleased with his initiative... When Mark was done - not only did I have clean air ducts, a clean and sanitized furnace....but the whole house was left smelling fresh without a trace of 'duct dust' left behind anywhere. Thank you Mark - from the Duct Cleaning Specialists - for the wonderful lesson in duct cleaning...for your pleasant manner and for a job that I know has been not only well done - but done beyond what I had booked for!! It's the professional and personal touch that will see me calling you again and telling my family & friends about you. Thank you! Andrea

My husband, Michael, and I bought our home in our desired neighbourhood on our 'dream' street. We both saw the many difficiencies in our home and were aware of the extensive amount of work it would require to bring it up to date and turn it into a home that would be reflective of both of us. Upon our designer's recommendation - we met with Nataneal and subsequently secured P&P Renovations to do our home reno. Our wish list was extensive and when done given to Nataneal; Nataneal provided us with a detailed, clear and precise scope of work which outlined every minute detail of the project and the dollar amount connected with each. The scope of work was broken down into easily understood subgroups, i.e., 2nd floor, main floor and lower level living space. With Nataneal, we both immediately recognized his wide expanse of knowledge and expertise in home renovations; he was able to pinpoint areas that might present challenges and always had suggestions that were not only amazing - but practical, economical as well as cosmetically pleasing. The detailed and precise scope of work Nataneal provided us - which included all dollar amounts as well as start and finish dates - was adhered to throughout the project. Nataneal and his crew stayed on target with respect to start dates as well as completion date. Nataneal also stayed right on budget!! Mario - our site manager - and his crew proved to be not only hardworking, pleasant, professional and respectful - but demonstrated time and time again their dedication and commitment to a job well done! We witnessed their early morning start times as well as their late end times - more often than not working six days a week. Nataneal has a wonderful raport with his staff and is clearly well-respected by all of his employees; this respect and dedication to their employer is seen in their demeanor while on the job as well as their willingness to go the extra mile to make us happy. No detail was missed within our project and quite often we noticed that extra had been done with no mention to us and at no cost to us. We are 'keeping' Nataneal...we are 'keeping' Mario and we are 'keeping' his crew!! We feel so very fortunate to have had such an amazing team work on our home. Andrea and Michael Sheppard
