The sales guy was nice enough but it took several weeks of us trying so hard to get a response from the guy - we had to work so hard to give them our business and our money! Crazy. However I am really glad we persevered! Once the owner Don got involved it was a very pleasant experience. Don worked very hard for us getting us the most for he could with our tight budget. All the guys that came to the house were polite and hard working. What started off shaky ended very solid!

Steve and his guys were fantastic. Our decaying tree was in the back corner of our yard, overhanging 3 of our neighbours yards. Steve was very careful to lower all the branches into our yard, but still cleaned up all four yards. Once the the tree was gone there was a hole left in the fence which Steve thoughtfully blocked up so the neighbours dog wouldn't escape! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Amazing customer service! Steve and his colleague showed up on time and got straight to work. They answered all my questions, and even let me borrow their cell phone to call my wife! They worked clean, fast, and efficient. Once they were done they recapped what they'd done, issues they found, and gave me advice on filters, etc. The 'thank you for your business' gift was a real nice touch! Everyone should be using this company!!
