They provided a quote that was reasonable and they observed it. They arrived on time on the agreed upon day. The work trimming 3 branches from an overhanging black walnut tree limb was performed with professionalism and great skill. I was amazed by the dexterity and knowledge of the tree arborist. They cleaned up the branches and associated debris quickly and efficiently. I recommend this team as being very good arborists, friendly and efficient.

We have used other tree service companies in the past (including one of the largest). By far this was the best service we have ever received. We had two mature (but dead and dying ) trees removed and others pruned. Steve is super knowledgeable and it is so valuable having the person you discuss scope with also do the work. Both Steve and Jordynn were so great to work with. The end result looks so good and they did a fantastic job cleaning up after. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional they are clearly just genuinely nice people. We will definitely be using them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I hired this company based on their local reputation in Dundas. They travelled to my Dad's house in Crystal Beach. 1st visit was for a consult on the health and state of the tree as it took some storm damage. The decision was made by my Dad to have it removed. It was a complicated removal because of proximity to hydro wires, the house, and other cherrished smaller trees. It was fully removed without ANY ISSUES, zero! The weather wasn't the greatest and the tree had ice from last week's storm.
Steve and Jordynn were about as professional as they come.
They were on-time, courteous and extremely hard working. My Dad is older now, but these 2 made him feel like he was a longtime friend.
There are alot of people who "say" they do tree work, then there His and Hers Tree Service. .. the pros, experience counts.
