These guys are the best at what they do! As soon as they walked in, we knew that they were very professional. They made sure to prepare us for the noise as we have small children and pets. They walked us through exactly what they were doing. They use a top down method to make sure that they get the dust and build up out of every part of your house. They cleaned the air returns and even did the lint trap, where they removed more than we were ever able to. Once they were done they made sure they cleaned everything up. Very professional and very satisfied with the work. An amazing company with amazing and very respectful employees and a very affordable price. Keep up the amazing work!

Had a leaky faucet, so after watching a YouTube video on fixing leaky faucets I feel like I'm Bob Villa. I replace the cartridge in the faucet except the hot and cold are now switched. Turn the cartridge 180 and get half the water pressure, I try it a few more times and basically have no water pressure...FANTASTIC!!!! I called a few plumbers on Home Star and Water Works was the first to answer, the receptionist was very friendly and gave me immediate help. Deron was my plumber, this guy is good! After walking me through the potential issue, he tries to fix the faucet. Still no pressure, the decision is made to change the faucet for something newer, as my old one was basically falling apart. He installs the new one and still no water pressure. Deron goes above and beyond and checks all the pipes and clears any corrosion. He finds a blockage that traveled into the spout and voila, problem solved! Deron was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of him. No question that If I have another plumbing issue I will definitely call Water Works and request Deron. Extremely Satisfied!

My wife and are expecting a child when I noticed a bit of water seeping in the basement. After calling a few people I had to get a company to come in and rip up the carpets in our finished basement. It turned out we had a massive project on our hands that insurance wasn't going to pay for. Dov was very helpful in guiding me on what needed to get done and actually found me an amazing person to excavate the entire outside of my house. When everything was done it was a no brainer to let Dov and Roy help me with replacing my new floors in the basement with a laminate. They were very professional and knowledgeable in what type of floor would work best for our needs and also taught us what to look for. I felt very comfortable with Invision. When it came time to put in the floor and trim, the crew was very professional and fast. I am now left with a basement that looks amazing. We got 3 quotes to have a custom closet done. Kwik Closet was right in the middle and we decided to go with them. We were disappointed with the service as they had to come to our house between 3-5 times to fix up mistakes. When they first installed, one drawer did not have the right bracket to close so it was a bit askew and one side closet covered the light switch which we did not agree to and did not like. When coming back they made some fixes but had to come back again to finish other things. At one point they made a small hole in the ceiling that was not patched up properly and we actually had to pay to have someone fix it. The closets came out nice but the service was not great.

I have a baby on the way when suddenly there is a leak in the basement. My biggest fear was mold settling in. I got 4-5 quotes on waterproofing that were insanely high. The price I was given didn't include the fact that I would have to remove my deck and air conditioner. Then a friend gives me Chico's number. Man, Chico is an angel...he quoted my close to $8000 lower and I wouldn't have to take apart my deck. Their guys tunnel under. The job was done in less than 3 weeks and evrything was left looking amazing. Chico and the people at Aqua Shield did a great job and I cannot thank them enough. I definitely recommend these guys, get a quote from them you will not be disappointed. Thank you again.
